The HSE Engineer will identify hazards, develop mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environment while coordinating risk prevention activities.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will conduct audits and KPI reporting, analyze injuries and near-misses, and collaborate to implement corrective actions,

Qualifications

Specialized or technical degree, preferably relating to the role
Specific qualifying course for the professional figure of ASPP provided by D.Lgs 81/08
Qualified Internal Auditor of one or more Management Systems (ISO 14001-45001-50001)

Responsibilities

Identify hazards and implement mitigation plans.
Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, and KPI reporting.
Improve health, safety and environmental performance across the organization.
