Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company, seeks an HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources Department in Milano. You will support HRIS platforms, ensure data quality, and collaborate with external providers to advance HR systems.

The role includes reporting, dashboards, and ongoing process improvement, with training and documentation duties to support adoption and governance, in a dynamic global environment.

Competenze

• University degree in Economics, Management, IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one HRIS platform, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur is a plus.

Mansioni

• Providing ongoing support to internal users of HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, ADP, Strada) and resolving system-related issues.
• Supporting ICT and external providers in implementing new functionalities, enhancements, and updates across HRIS.
• Collaborating with the HRIS Specialist to ensure data quality and compliance of HR data.
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and monthly analyses for KPI monitoring.
• Maintaining documentation for new HRIS processes and procedures.
• Assisting in training and onboarding for new users.
• Participating in HR digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with HR, ICT teams and providers to evolve HR systems.
