Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions with a strong presence in multiple countries, seeks an HR Expatriates Management Specialist to join the Human Resources function in Milan. You will monitor HR reports, plan workforce, and support expatriates hired locally while ensuring full compliance with local labor terms.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, a bachelor/master’s degree in economics or humanities, and fluent English, with real willingness to relocate

Competenze

  • 2-4 years experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position.
  • A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a strong plus.
  • Fluent English spoken and written.

Mansioni

  • Monitor HR reports & metrics for assigned management team, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Plan workforce and manage vacancies through reassignment or recruitment.
  • Support Milan HQ in managing expatriates and ensure local law compliance.
  • Manage personnel hired locally in full compliance with local law.
  • Drive local payroll implementation including timesheets and expense reports.
  • Negotiate salary conditions and employment contracts with candidates.
  • Initiate new hire paperwork and immigration documentation.
  • Assist employees with HR queries during service life in the company.
  • Provide advice on Compensation & Benefits questions and policy applications.

Tecnimont is looking for a HR Expatriates Management Specialist to join the Human Resources Function

Key Responsibilities:
  • monitor all aspects of HR reports & metrics, for assigned management team, ensuring that application of local labor terms & conditions are equitable and legally compliant
  • plan workforce, ensuring vacancies are dealt with in timely manner through re-assigning existing employees and/or recruitment of key positions.
  • support Milan HQ in managing Expatriates hired locally for the project and assure full compliance with local law
  • manage personnel hired locally in full compliance with local law
  • drive local payroll implementation including timesheet and expense report issues
  • negotiate salary conditions and employment contract with candidates
  • initiate new hire paperwork process for prospective employees, and initiate all necessary legal entity and/or client immigration documentation which meets both company and country requirements
  • assist employee upon his HR queries during his service life in the company
  • provide advice and support on Compensation & Benefit questions & policy applications, such as incentives, annual merit review, internal salary equity analysis, etc.
Requirements and Skills
  • education: bachelor/master's degree in economics or Humanities. A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a strong plus;
  • 2-4 years experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position;
  • significant experience in working successfully in a multinational organization, consistent with the relevant field
  • availability to be relocated abroad
  • ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • develop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills
  • excellent communication and management skills, possess a high level of organizational ability
  • fluent English spoken and written
  • real willingness to be relocated abroad.
Contract Type and Classification
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Applicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011)
  • Job classification level: White Collar Employee, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement
Compensation

The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 43.000.

The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation bonus.

Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
