Ariston Group in Milano, Italy is seeking an HR Data Quality Improvement Intern to join our HR team and support a global project aimed at strengthening the quality of HR data in SuccessFactors. You will help improve data completeness, consistency and accuracy, collaborating with HR stakeholders to identify gaps and follow up on corrections.

This internship offers hands-on experience in data management, analytics and reporting within an international, sustainability-driven company.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Management, HR, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and structured data.
• Good command of English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Review and validate HR data in SuccessFactors.
• Monitor data completeness, consistency and accuracy across project areas.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and document issues.
• Follow up with HR stakeholders for data corrections.
• Provide project updates on remediation progress.
• Assist with data quality reports, scorecards and documentation.
