PHINIA is seeking a HRIS intern in Lombardia (Cinisello Balsamo) to support Workday implementations and AI Agent rollout. The role offers 6–12 months of internship with hands-on exposure to HR systems, data maintenance, and analytics.

You will work within the HR Technology team on configuration, testing, reporting, and deployment activities, collaborating with HR, IT, and external stakeholders. This is an on-site opportunity with a strong emphasis on process improvement.

Job Purpose

The HRIS intern will support the HR Technology team in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday, with a strong focus on the rollout of Workday AI Agent capabilities.

This role provides hands‑on exposure to HR systems, project delivery, and AI-driven transformation initiatives, contributing to the digitalization of HR processes.

PAY RANGE

28,800.00 - 36,000.00 - 43,200.00 EUR Annual

Workday System Support

• Support configuration activities within Workday (Core HCM, Business Processes, Reporting)
• Assist in system testing, including functional and regression testing cycles
• Perform data maintenance, audits, and ensure data integrity
• Support Workday releases and continuous system improvements

AI Agent Deployment Support

• Assist in the implementation of Workday AI Agent use cases and automation processes
• Support documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Participate in testing AI functionalities and validating system outputs
• Monitor adoption and provide feedback for optimization

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external stakeholders on project activities
• Support project tracking, documentation, and status reporting
• Contribute to change management and communication initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

Assist in the development of Workday reports and dashboards Support HR data analysis and data quality initiatives Contribute to tracking adoption and performance metrics of AI tools
