Allianz Partners seeks an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to optimize local HR processes and drive the adoption of AI and RPA across regions. You will lead design and implementation of HR tech solutions, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver scalable, compliant outcomes.

You will manage international projects, collaborate with HR and IT teams, govern project documentation, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders while navigating data governance and security

Competenze

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or transformation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in international environments.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects across multiple countries.

What you do

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager with a strong track record of optimizing and enhancing local HR processes. Ideally, you bring expertise in leveraging emerging AI technologies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. You will play a central role in the ongoing transformation of the HR function leading the design and implementation of HR technology solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.

You have a good understanding of HR technology systems, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully implemented solutions. Then come join us on the journey.

As HR Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects simultaneously across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs
• Drive the implementation of target HR architecture and platform solutions, and lead integration with downstream systems
• Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization across the region
• Support and execute the development of a comprehensive HR IT architecture, aligned with business and HR objectives
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and operational excellence
• Lead decommissioning strategies to achieve a lean, optimized, and cost-efficient IT landscape
• Drive intake management with in-country teams: analyze requirements, resolve recurring issues, and implement scalable solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Stakholders in scope, ensuring trust, alignment, and successful delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, assess business cases, and ensure strong governance and stakeholder management
• Drive clear communication and ensure effective engagement across all stakeholders
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, applying insights responsibly and in line with Allianz standards for data governance, security, and ethical use.

What you bring

• Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR Technology or transformation environments
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills in complex, international environments
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Highly autonomous, self-driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
