PHINIA Delphi Italia Srl in Lombardia seeks an HRIS intern to support the HR Technology team with implementing, enhancing, and maintaining Workday, focusing on the rollout of Workday AI Agent capabilities. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR systems, project delivery, and AI-driven transformation initiatives, contributing to the digitalization of HR processes.

You'll collaborate with HR and IT to test features, ensure data integrity, and assist in developing reports and dashboards while

Mansioni

• Support configuration activities within Workday (Core HCM, Business Processes, Reporting)
• Assist in system testing, including functional and regression testing cycles
• Perform data maintenance, audits, and ensure data integrity
• Support Workday releases and continuous system improvements
• Assist in the implementation of Workday AI Agent use cases and automation processes
• Support documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Participate in testing AI functionalities and validating system outputs
• Monitor adoption and provide feedback for optimization
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external stakeholders on project activities
• Support project tracking, documentation, and status reporting
• Contribute to change management and communication initiatives
• Assist in the development of Workday reports and dashboards
• Support HR data analysis and data quality initiatives
• Contribute to tracking adoption and performance metrics of AI tools
