PHINIA is seeking a HRIS intern in Lombardia (Cinisello Balsamo) to support Workday implementations and AI Agent rollout. The role offers 6–12 months of internship with hands-on exposure to HR systems, data maintenance, and analytics.

You will work within the HR Technology team on configuration, testing, reporting, and deployment activities, collaborating with HR, IT, and external stakeholders. This is an on-site opportunity with a strong emphasis on process improvement.

Competenze

• The HRIS intern will support Workday implementation, enhancement and maintenance.
• Focus on rollout of Workday AI Agent capabilities.
• 6–12 months internship.

Mansioni

• Support configuration activities within Workday (Core HCM, Business Processes, Reporting).
• Assist in system testing, including functional and regression testing cycles.
• Perform data maintenance, audits, and ensure data integrity.
• Support Workday releases and continuous system improvements.
• Assist in AI Agent use cases implementation and automation processes.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Participate in testing AI functionalities and validate outputs.
• Monitor adoption and provide feedback for optimization.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and external stakeholders; support tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to change management and communication initiatives.
• Assist in development of Workday reports and dashboards; support data quality initiatives.
