PHINIA is offering a 6-12 month HRIS internship focused on Workday, AI Agent capabilities, and HR technology projects in Lombardia, Italy. You will gain hands-on exposure to real HR systems, data processes, and project delivery within a global manufacturing context.

As part of the HR Technology team, you will support configuration, testing, data maintenance, releases, and analytics to drive digital HR initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Competenze

• Hands-on exposure to HR systems and Workday.
• Involvement in AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Mansioni

• Workday System Support: Core HCM, business processes, reporting; configure and test.
• AI Agent Deployment Support: assist in use-case implementation and validation.
• Project Coordination: collaborate with HR, IT and stakeholders; track progress and documentation.
• Reporting & Analytics: support development of Workday reports and data quality initiatives.
