Beko Europe is seeking an intern to join the Central Demand Planning EMEA team in Milan, helping drive the monthly S&OP cycle and align demand with supply and financial targets.

You will support data validation, forecasting, and reporting while developing cross-functional collaboration and analytic skills in a dynamic environment. The role offers a 6-month curricular internship with 900€ gross monthly reimbursement and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or similar data/forecasting tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills for multicultural, cross-functional work.

The intern will support the Central Demand Planning EMEA team in driving the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle helping align demand with supply and financial targets and by contributing to the creation, maintenance and presentation of the statistical forecast, The role’s priority is to ensure accurate and actionable forecast data, analyses and team support, and the expected outcome is improved forecast accuracy, stronger cross-functional alignment and optimised inventory/service balance.

Your responsibilities will include

• Support the Central Demand Planning team in the execution of the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
• Support data validation and performance tracking to enhance forecast accuracy and decision-making.
• Contribute to building, maintaining, and improving statistical forecasts to ensure reliable demand for projections.
• Analyze forecast performance and variances, providing insights to improve forecast accuracy and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Supply Chain to understand business drivers behind demand trends.
• Prepare and share insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for S&OP meetings and management reviews.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, helping to streamline forecasting and data management tools.
• Assist in ad-hoc analyses and projects related to demand planning and business performance monitoring.
• Currently studying a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Familiarity with data analysis or forecasting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
• Capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-changing business context with multiple priorities.
