BEKO Europe is seeking an intern to join its HR Organization & Analytics team in Milano to help shape future HR strategy through data-driven insights.

You will gain broad exposure to HR analytics at country and European levels, working with modern tools including AI from day one and contributing to ongoing organizational design projects. The role is a 6-month internship with a monthly 900€ gross reimbursement plus a meal voucher.

Competenze

• Master's Degree student in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong team player with good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel & PowerPoint preferred; Power BI, Python or AI tools are a plus.
• Curious problem solver with ability to identify out-of-the-box solutions.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate the European people budgeting process from headcount planning to labour-cost analysis.
• Contribute to organizational redesign projects and analyze spans & layers.
• Apply AI and automation to HR reporting and analytics to cut manual work and enhance insights.

Join our HR Organization & Analytics team and help shape the future with us! You will get a front-row seat to one of the biggest transformations in our industry - the integration of two companies - contributing to real projects across organization design, people analytics and change management. You will help turn HR data into insights that drive strategic decisions, working with modern tools (including AI) from day one.

You will gain broad business exposure to the HR world through constant interaction and collaboration with the entire function at both country and European level.

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage and coordinate the European people budgeting process - from headcount planning to labour-cost analysis - supporting how we plan, cost and steer our workforce across countries
• Contribute to organizational (re)design projects, mapping structures and analysing spans & layers to help shape how our teams are built to work smarter.
• Apply AI and automation to the world of HR reporting and analytics, reinventing how we build reports and run analyses to cut manual work and focus on insight
• Run HR analytics end-to-end by collecting, analysing and reporting HR data to drive strategic decisions, creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports that leaders use

If you are…

• a Master's Degree student in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• a strong team player with good analytical and communication skills
• a confident user of Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel & PowerPoint (bonus points for Power BI, Python or any AI tool you love)
• a curious problem solver, able to identify out-of-the-box solutions
