Saipem is seeking an experienced HR Project Officer in Lombardy to join the HR Schedule, Project Operations and Performance Monitoring team. You will support staffing for complex onshore and offshore projects, ensuring alignment with the Project HR Plan and central HR policies.

Responsibilities include reporting, workforce monitoring, ensuring compliance with Saipem procedures, and liaising with central HR on contracts, working hours and remuneration. Some travel will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in management, HR or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably on sites or projects.
• Proficient in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Management Team in defining staffing requirements per the Project HR Plan.
• Contribute to central HR reporting and workforce monitoring (attendance, absences, overtime, leave).
• Liaise with the central HR Department on employment terms, working hours and remuneration.
• Promote Saipem procedures and values across Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability.
