Job summary

Saipem, a global leader in engineering and construction for the energy and infrastructure sectors, invites applications for the Stage International HR Talent Acquisition in Lombardy. You will support HUB Recruiters with drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The internship lasts six months and includes a gross monthly allowance of €900, plus corporate benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• English at B2 level; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HUB Recruiters in recruitment processes: drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks; participate in selection decisions.
• Maintain records and personal data with accuracy and confidentiality per laws.
• Maintain HR candidate database and ATS flows; ensure data integrity.
• Address candidates’ inquiries and escalate complex issues to HR professionals.
