Saipem Offshore Construction in Italy seeks a 2nd offshore construction shift supervisor to join the ABSER/OFOP/VECOP teams for offshore projects. The role involves safe execution, supervision, and compliance with project procedures, including training the team and maintaining equipment.

Aged 19–27 with ITS diploma in relevant fields and good English, you may travel worldwide. Fixed term CCNL Energia e Petrolio; offshore postings include basic pay not lower than €38,000 plus overseas allowances,

Competenze

• Aged between 19 and 27 years.
• Higher Technical Institute (ITS) diploma in Logistics and Transportation, Nautical Studies, Construction, Environment and Territory, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy.
• Good command of the English language.

Mansioni

• Perform work activities safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Keep the Senior Supervisor informed of any significant changes in the operational status.
• Ensure that all equipment used by the project team is maintained in satisfactory operating condition, including performance and maintenance aspects.
• Ensure compliance with the reporting requirements defined in Saipem project documentation.
• Ensure that all personnel involved in the operation receive adequate training and supervision to effectively carry out their assigned tasks.

Purpose of the position:

As 2nd offshore construction shift supervisor you will be part of the ABSER/OFOP/VECOP.

What are we looking for?

Aged between 19 and 27 years.

Higher Technical Institute (ITS) diploma in one of the following fields: Logistics and Transportation, Nautical Studies, Construction, Environment and Territory, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy.

Good command of the English language.

What else should you know?

Some travelling will be expected within Worldwide.
