Lindt & Sprüngli Italia in Induno Olona, Italy, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support HR data, systems and reporting. You will contribute to HR administration and compliance, support Workday enhancements, and help monitor HR metrics and workforce data while driving digitalization across HR processes.

The role requires at least 4 years in HR Operations or HR Analytics, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Analytics.
• Strong data quality and HR data governance knowledge.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting.

Mansioni

• Support key employee lifecycle processes with data accuracy and compliance.
• Govern HR data workflows ensuring consistency across HR operations.
• Act as reference for Workday data integrity and processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR operational reporting and metrics.
• Assist in labor cost monitoring and HR budgeting analytics.
• Drive HR digitalization using Workday, AI and Copilot where applicable.
