The role emphasizes data accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement across HR ops. We value strong analytical skills, experience with HR systems, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support employee lifecycle processes with data accuracy and compliance.
• Govern HR data and workflows to ensure consistency across HR operations.
• Act as operational Workday reference for data reliability.
• Support HR reporting and workforce metrics for decision-making.
• Assist labour cost monitoring and HR budgeting and improve reporting tools.
• Analyze HR processes to identify efficiency gains and standardization.
• Contribute to HR digitalization using Workday, AI and Copilot solutions.
