Capri Holdings Limited in Milan is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS function. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and maintaining the Workday HCM platform across EMEA, delivering system enhancements, and ensuring data integrity.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to optimize processes, manage configuration requests, and provide end-user support while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workday HRIS Analyst in our Milan office.

Department Overview:

The HRIS team sits within the wider HR function and is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform across EMEA. The team partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports evolving people processes, maintains data integrity, and drives operational efficiency. This role reports to the Manager, HRIS EMEA, and plays a key part in delivering system enhancements, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing Workday performance across modules including Absence/Time-Off, Compensation, Performance/Talent, and Recruiting.

What You’ll Do:

• Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform

You’ll Need to Have:

• 2+ years of hands‑on Workday experience, including configuration and system support
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel
