Lindt & Sprüngli Group in Induno Olona, Italy is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support critical HR data, processes and reporting. You will help manage Workday data, ensure accuracy and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement across HR operations.

We offer a permanent full-time role, 40-hour week, with a gross salary between €38,000 and €43,000, plus benefits including canteen, welfare plan and chocolate gifts.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS or related roles.
• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and compliance implications.
• Experience with HR systems and managing HR data for accuracy and quality.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Support key employee lifecycle processes ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Govern HR data workflows, ensuring reliable information and documentation.
• Act as an operational reference for Workday data accuracy and processes.
