Ceres Recruitment Deutschland partners with a Romagna-based, international food producer to appoint an HR Manager Italy. You will shape the people strategy, align local HR initiatives with Group priorities, and lead a small HR team across Italian sites.

You will define policies, drive organizational design, manage employee relations, KPI reporting, and coach managers. Fluent Italian and English, a Master’s degree, and 10+ years in industrial/FMCG HR are required to thrive in this fast-paced,

• Master’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 10+ years HR experience in industrial, food or FMCG sector.
• Experience in international matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a clear HR strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Design and implement scalable HR policies, processes, and tools in line with Group strategy.
• Shape and optimize the organization to meet business needs.
• Lead HR operations and service quality across Italy.
• Guide the local HR team and foster a positive, engaging culture.
• Coach managers to develop leadership capabilities across levels.
• Oversee employee relations, social dialogue and performance improvement plans.
• Provide KPI insights to Management for data-driven decisions.
• Report to General Manager with dotted line to Group CHRO.
