rhe is seeking an accomplished Head of HR Italy & Regional HR Director to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership excellence, and talent growth. You will partner with senior business leaders and lead the Italian HR team while coordinating HR across multiple markets in South Europe.

You will shape the People strategy, oversee talent development, succession planning, and workforce analytics to support sustainable growth and cost management. Fluent Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles in international settings.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership through people and organizational initiatives.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, labor law, reward and governance.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and analytics to support decisions.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other regional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and govern the HR agenda across the South Region (6 countries, ~2,700 employees), ensuring consistency while respecting local laws.
• Define and execute the People strategy for Italy and lead the Italian HR team.
• Advise regional and country leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
• Oversee regional talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and oversee headcount, people costs, and HR budget assumptions with analytics support.
• Manage complex employee relations, labor relations, compliance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Global HR, Centers of Expertise, and Shared Service teams to strengthen governance and service delivery.
