Zusammenfassung

Dayco seeks a senior HR leader to run the full HR agenda for Abruzzo operations, including three plants and an R&D center. You will partner with local and global teams to align HR practices with global priorities, manage industrial relations, and drive workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.

The role requires extensive experience in Italian labor law and union negotiations, with fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel across Abruzzo sites.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a multinational/manufacturing/R&D environment.
• 5+ years in an HR leadership role.
• Deep hands-on experience with Italian industrial relations, including union negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full HR agenda for Abruzzo operations across three plants and an R&D center.
• Act as strategic partner and coach to plant, site, and functional leaders.
• Own Italian industrial relations end-to-end, including union negotiations and CCNL/company-level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Italian labor law and national collective agreements while managing complex employee relations cases.
• Drive workforce planning, organization design, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and HR Operations on compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
