Stryker Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our HR function. You will support employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, internal communications, engagement and people development under a tutor's guidance.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, and talent development initiatives across South Europe, while communicating across a multicultural environment. Italian fluency and English proficiency are expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
• Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative.
• Strong interest in HR, employee experience and talent development.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AI technologies.
• Fluency in Italian; good English; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support daily HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist HR reporting, data prep, and management summaries.
• Draft internal communications and support multi‑channel messaging.
• Contribute to talent development activities and learning initiatives.
• Assist manager development, feedback culture and performance conversations.
• Support cross-country HR projects across Southern Europe.
