• Provide support in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and reports to monitor project performance and interpret data trends
• Provide support in project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, recording meeting minutes, and tracking action items
• Assist in monitoring project progress, collecting and extracting data, conducting research, and preparing reports to support business initiatives
• Support the analysis and optimization of operational processes by creating and reviewing process workflows to improve efficiency across cross-functional teams
• Provide support in maintaining project documentation, records, and internal files
• Assist in drafting internal correspondence and preparing presentations or other project-related materials
• Perform general administrative and operational tasks in support of the team and ongoing projects
