Haier Europe in Vimercate is seeking an HR Administration & Payroll Intern passionate about gaining hands-on experience in HR processes. You will support the onboarding of new employees and assist in HR administration tasks such as managing employee records and documentation.

This paid 6-month internship offers a monthly allowance of €800, meal vouchers, and a company shuttle for commuting. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and be proficient in English and Italian.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification in relevant fields.
• Must have a good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.

Mansioni

• Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist in preparing and verifying employment documentation.
• Monitor clock-ins and manage attendance records.
