Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Italy is seeking an HR Intern to assist with daily HR activities within the Italy HR IC department. The role involves supporting onboarding, employee changes, time attendance, and offboarding processes, and maintaining records in HR systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Economics or Law, show passion for HR, and have good English skills. The internship offers flexible working, health and wellbeing support, and access to on-site canteen facilities.

Formación

• Master Degreed in Economics or Law.
• Strong passion for the HR world.
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
• Ability to use office tools, as Excel and Power Point.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes, time attendance management and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and digital platforms.
• Provide first-level support for routine HR administrative inquiries.
