STAR (GBfoods Italy) is offering a Junior HR Generalist Intern role to learn HR fundamentals in an international, fast-evolving environment. You’ll contribute to recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, analytics, and employer branding while collaborating with HR colleagues across functions.

The internship provides practical experience, a structured learning journey, and exposure to diverse HR projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Psychology or HR.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Some HR experience is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment and onboarding: support posting openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Employee Engagement & Communication: help organize events and draft HR communications.
• Learning & Development: coordinate training sessions and track attendance.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: assist data collection and reporting on key HR metrics.
• Employer Branding Initiatives: support social media content and university events.
