Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Italy is seeking an HR Intern to assist with daily HR activities within the Italy HR IC department. The role involves supporting onboarding, employee changes, time attendance, and offboarding processes, and maintaining records in HR systems.

The role

The Ice Cream HR Intern provides assistance and support in the daily activities of the HR IC Italy Department.

Whatyou'llberesponsiblefor

In this role, the intern:

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes, time attendance management and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and digital platforms.
• Provide first-level support for routine HR administrative inquiries.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR teams and external providers to support HR transactions.;
• Support the recruitment activities and training organization;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee experience.

• Master Degreed in Economics or Law.
• Strong passion for the HR world.
• Ability to use office tools, as Excel and Power Point.
