Magnum Ice Cream Company in Italy's Campania region is seeking an HR Intern to support the daily activities of the HR IC Italy Department. You will assist with onboarding, changes, attendance, offboarding, and maintain records, while ensuring alignment with local regulations.

The role involves coordinating with Payroll and HR teams, supporting recruitment and training, and contributing to continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Economics or Law.
• Strong passion for the HR world.
• Good command of English (oral and written).

Aufgaben

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, time attendance management and offboarding processes.
• Assist HR documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and digital platforms.
• Provide first-level support for routine HR administrative inquiries.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR teams and external providers to support HR transactions.
• Support the recruitment activities and training organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
