Job summary

Henkel in Milan is seeking an HR professional to manage a variety of recruitment projects and support HR operations. You will screenCVs, conduct interviews with hiring managers, and manage job postings across internal and external platforms.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and fluency in English with Italian as mandatory. A hybrid work arrangement and career growth opportunities are offered as part of a diverse, international team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, HRM, Psychology or related field.
• Proven problem solving capabilities.
• Strong teamworking spirit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Fluency in English; Italian is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in a wide range of HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities).
• Contribute to recruitment processes by screening CVs, interviews, and posting jobs across platforms.
• Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements; conduct screenings and interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination, including ordering materials and managing online tools.
• Assist in organizing assessment centers, participate in career fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support processes/operations of the Henkel team.
• Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations.
