Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Italy is seeking an HR Intern to provide assistance in the daily activities of the HR IC Italy Department. You will support onboarding, changes, attendance tracking, and offboarding while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

You will coordinate with Payroll and HR teams, assist with recruitment and training, and participate in improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Flexibility in a complex/multitasking environment.
• Strong interest in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes, time attendance management and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and digital platforms.
• Provide first-level support for routine HR administrative inquiries.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR teams and external providers to support HR transactions.
• Support recruitment activities and training organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
