Novelis in Bresso, Lombardy, is seeking an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across HR functions. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, training logistics, and policy updates while collaborating with a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in HR, Economics, Law, Psychology, or Business, with strong English skills and proficiency in MS Office. This placement offers a hands-on introduction to corporate HR in a global manufacturing group.

The compensation for this position is € 800 euro per month + canteen service.
The compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experiences, qualifications and level of responsibility.
