Prym, a historic family-owned company, is seeking an HR Specialist/Generalist (m/f/d) to shape our people strategy across payroll, onboarding, and development. You will work closely with local teams to manage policy inquiries, contract changes, and records under GDPR while coordinating with external providers.

Role includes industrial relations, recruiting support, and ensuring compliance with Italian employment law and CCNL.

Competenze

3–5 years of progressive HR experience with payroll administration, timekeeping, and manufacturing environments.
Deep knowledge of Italian labor law, CCNL frameworks, and payroll practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Fluent Italian and English for collaboration with our global HQ in Germany.

Mansioni

Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers and manage timekeeping data.
Serve as the primary HR contact for policy inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and record maintenance under GDPR.
Define and coordinate the company’s training plan and support employee career paths.
Manage industrial relations, liaise with RSU and unions, and assist local negotiations.
Support local talent acquisition and coordinate with agencies as needed.
Ensure compliance with Italian employment laws, CCNL, and internal standards during audits.
