Generative Bionics is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee the full payroll lifecycle and personnel administration in our Genoa-based team. You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance while supporting employees and stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of Italian labor law, and expertise with Zucchetti HR solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, economics, business administration, labor law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Italian payroll processes, labor law, tax and social security regulations.
• Experience with CCNLs, ideally including CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.
• Hands-on Zucchetti HR solutions experience (Paghe Infinity, Presenze Infinity, Z-Travel).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Fluent Italian and good English skills.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process and inputs.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and labor consultants.
• Ensure compliance with INPS, INAIL, CU and CCNL requirements.
• Manage employee benefits and supplementary schemes.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and payroll reporting.
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement of HR/payroll processes.
