Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Italy is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment and onboarding for blue‑collar staff across Italy, including engagement with temporary workers and agencies. The role is based in Suisio/San Bonifacio with travel to other Italian locations.

You will partner with the local HR Business Partner, apply CCNL Metalmeccanico, handle HR administration across the employee lifecycle, and drive process improvements while supporting managers with labour relations.

Competenze

• Degree in HR or a related field.
• 4–5 years of HR generalist or HR administration experience in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Italian labour law and CCNL (Metalmeccanico).
• Hands-on recruitment and onboarding experience, including blue‑collar staff.
• Experience with temporary work agencies and contingent staffing.

Mansioni

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for Italy across blue-collar staff, contingent workers and temporary staff.
• Liaise with temporary work agencies from sourcing to cost control.
• Advise managers on labor relations with HRBP coordination.
• Oversee HR administration and full employee lifecycle.
• Provide compliant, efficient HR support daily.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with HR teams across countries to harmonise processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on Employer Branding aligned with business needs.
• Support managers in staffing planning.
