Job summary

Prada Group in Lombardy, Italy invites an HR EMEA Intern to support day-to-day activities related to the EMEA HR Business Partnering. You will join the team alongside the company tutor to assist hiring processes, reporting, and HR analysis.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to Workday, data mining, and presentations for store recruitment and special projects. You will work with MS Office, HRIS tools, and cross‑functional colleagues, developing communication, organization, and ethical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Additional HR training or experience is a plus.
• English and Italian fluent.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments.
• Able to build solid relationships with internal and external team based on open communication.
• Data mining and use of data to explore a problem or make a decision.
• Excellent organization of time, resources and activities, respect of deadlines.
