Job summary

Prada Group in Italy is seeking a Processes & Operations Client Service Intern to support the Global Client Service Manager, analyze KPI data and sales results, and contribute to new projects and business trends.

You will help assess client service performance daily, work with cross‑functional teams, test new systems, and optimize processes using Excel and PowerPoint, in a creative international environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of SLA and KPIs WW performances on daily, weekly and monthly base.
• Analysis and reporting of multichannel sales.
• Support on reconciliation of data and reports from different systems to improve database quality and to optimize the analysis.
• Client Service processes mapping and optimization; testing release procedures and features.
• Competitive benchmarking for strategic Customer Service decisions.
• Support IT in implementing and kicking off WW Client Service; testing new systems and programs.
