Job summary

Moncler in Trebaseleghe, Italy is seeking an intern to join our People & Organization Team, supporting activities within the company’s Operations functions. Immediate availability, full-time, for a 6-month internship with an €800 monthly allowance.

You will assist the HR Business Partner, maintain HR data, monitor KPIs, draft job descriptions, and support internal HR projects while developing professionally through our Career Start Program.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, Humanities or Labor-related field.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partner in employee relations activities.
• Maintain accurate data in HR team's database.
• Monitor HR KPI’s and analytics reports.
• Define recruiting needs and draft job descriptions.
• Actively support internal HR projects.
