Job summary

Prada Group is offering a 6-month HR internship designed to expose you to organizational design, HR processes and data management within an international business environment.

You will support HR data accuracy, SAP SuccessFactors usage, and collaboration with stakeholders to implement organizational changes, while contributing to HR digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in organizational structures, HR processes and data management.
• Digital mindset, attention to detail and a continuous improvement attitude.
• Familiarity with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the update and maintenance of employee data in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of organizational structures, positions and related data in HR systems, ensuring consistency between organizational changes and system records.
• Support the monitoring of HR Service Center activities and requests, helping ensure data accuracy and the timely handling of operational activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect information, clarify requirements and support the effective implementation of organizational and employee changes.
• Assist in documenting processes and creating user guides and training materials for internal teams.
• Contribute to projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement.

JOB PURPOSE

Start your journey in Human Resources and discover how organizational structures, people processes and data come together to support an international business.

As an intern within the HR Organization team, you will support activities related to organizational design, HR processes and the HR Service Center, contributing to the accuracy of organizational and employee data. You will work side by side with experienced professionals in an international and dynamic environment.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different HR functions and stakeholders, gain exposure to HR systems and data, and contribute to initiatives aimed at simplifying processes, strengthening governance and enhancing the employee experience.

RESPONSABILITIES
