Eurovetrocap invites recent graduates in Work and Organizational Psychology for a 6‑month internship focused on digital transformation of people management. You will learn by contributing to a major project that digitalizes HR processes and builds new tools based on competencies, data, and AI.

Joining the HR team, you will work with management to implement Talent Management, develop dashboards, and support decision making while gaining practical experience in People Analytics and HR Digital

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or about to complete a Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology.

We also care deeply about sustainability and people, and we aim to offer an important learning opportunity to recent graduates in Work and Organizational Psychology or to individuals completing a Master’s program focused on Digital Innovation in HR.

By joining our HR team, you will have the opportunity to take part in a major project aimed at transforming and digitalizing people management and development processes.

The internship is designed as a hands‑on learning experience, during which you will be able to develop skills in the implementation of a digital Talent Management system and contribute to building new HR tools and processes based on competencies, data, and the use of artificial intelligence.

What you will be working on

Working alongside the HR team and collaborating with company management, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to:

• implementing a digital Talent Management system;
• supporting the digitalization of key HR processes;
• developing a performance evaluation system based on a competency model co-created with company management;
• collecting, organizing, and analyzing data relating to competencies and performance;
• designing competency‑based training and professional development initiatives;
• using data analytics tools to support HR decision‑making;
• exploring and applying artificial intelligence solutions to people management, evaluation, and development processes;
• contributing to the creation of reports, dashboards, and internal communication materials;
• collaborating on projects aimed at improving the employee experience within the organization.

Who we are looking for

• has recently graduated or is about to complete a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology;
• has a strong interest in all areas of human resources management and development;
• is passionate about innovation, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence;
• is curious, proactive, and eager to learn;
• has good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
• is accurate and precise in managing information and data;
• is able to work as part of a team and interact with different stakeholders across the company;
• is keen to put their good command of English into practice in a professional environment.

Knowledge of Excel or other data analysis and visualization tools, as well as an interest in HR information systems, will be considered a plus.
