Job summary

Eurovetrocap invites recent graduates in Work and Organizational Psychology for a 6‑month internship focused on digital transformation of people management. You will learn by contributing to a major project that digitalizes HR processes and builds new tools based on competencies, data, and AI.

Joining the HR team, you will work with management to implement Talent Management, develop dashboards, and support decision making while gaining practical experience in People Analytics and HR Digital

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or about to complete a Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology.
• Strong interest in HR management and development across the organization.
• Passionate about innovation, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; analytical and interpersonal.
• Able to manage information accurately and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Good command of English in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a digital Talent Management system.
• Support digitalization of key HR processes.
• Contribute to a competency-based performance evaluation model.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data on competencies and performance.
• Help design competency-based training and development initiatives.
• Use data analytics tools to support HR decision-making.
• Explore and apply AI solutions to people management, evaluation, and development processes.
• Contribute to reports, dashboards, and internal communications.
• Collaborate on projects to improve employee experience.
