Beko Europe is seeking an HR Organization & Analytics intern to help shape the future with data-driven insights. You will join a multinational team and work on organization design, people analytics and AI-enabled reporting from day one.

The role offers hands-on exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, and cross-country collaboration, with monthly reimbursement of 900€ gross and a daily meal voucher in the office. This is a 6-month internship in Milano.

Competenze

• Master's degree student in management, business, economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or Python is a plus.
• Curious problem solver with collaborative mindset.

Mansioni

• Coordinate European headcount planning and labor-cost analysis.
• Map structures and analyze spans & layers for smarter teams.
• Apply AI and automation to HR reporting and analytics.
• Build end-to-end HR analytics, dashboards and reports for leaders.
