Golden Goose is seeking an HRBP Intern with a passion for Human Resources. You will support the Retail EMEA People Management Team across the full HR lifecycle, focusing on accurate Oracle HCM data entry and maintaining data quality in a fast-paced, international environment.

This internship offers exposure to core HR practices, collaboration with HRBP and Administrative teams, and opportunities to develop analytical and stakeholder-management skills while supporting recruitment and

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Management, Law, or related field.
Fluency in Italian and English, additional language knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

Oracle HCM data entry and lifecycle management across onboarding, transfers, salary reviews, promotions, and offboarding.
Audit Oracle HCM data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
Coordinate HR documentation for system updates with HRBP and Administrative teams.
Extract data and support monthly HR reports and retail metrics.
Provide ad-hoc recruitment support, including posting job descriptions.
