Golden Goose is seeking an HR Controller in Marghera (VE) to join the HR Planning & Control team. The role blends finance and people analytics, requiring strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor People Costs, support budgeting and forecasting, and build data-driven models with HR Partners and Finance to support strategic decisions. The position offers a clear path for growth within a dynamic fashion company.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Controlling.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, financial modeling, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• People Cost Control & Monthly Closings: monitor HR expenses and headcount evolution; ensure timely close support with HR and Finance teams.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Optimization: support annual HR budgeting and forecasting for all HR costs.
• Workforce Analytics & Business Cases: conduct analyses and build data-driven models to evaluate HR initiatives with HR Business Partners and Finance.
