Job summary

Traffit, a luxury fashion company with Austrian roots, is seeking an HR Controller to join its international team in Milan. You will support personnel cost planning, monitor workforce trends and provide insights to improve cost efficiency across the organisation.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance, have 4+ years in controlling or HR analytics, and are fluent in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in controlling, HR analytics or finance, including internships.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and monitoring of HR budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse personnel costs, headcount and workforce trends.
• Assist with monthly closing activities related to HR expenses.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Identify budget variances and provide insights to support cost optimisation.
• Maintain and update HR controlling tools and systems.
