Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Platinion is seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team in Milan for a 6-month internship, working with recruiting, staffing, and talent development activities.

You will gain exposure to the employee lifecycle, data management in HR tools, and preparing reports and presentations in Italian and English. A degree in HR/Business, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, confidential approach are required.

Competenze

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, data handling, pivot tables; macros a plus.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information with discretion.
• Team player, proactive, organized and able to work independently.
• Experience in HR, Recruiting, People Analytics or data internship is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support HR team with operational and administrative activities.
• Manage data in HR and Recruiting tools with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist recruiting, staffing, or talent development processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze HR reports; provide insights.
• Create, review, and edit HR materials in Italian and English.
