Job summary

Sheraton is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager in Charge of Quality to support the General Manager in leading day-to-day hotel operations and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will oversee departments to ensure service excellence and compliance with brand standards, while focusing on guest satisfaction and staff engagement.

Working with department heads, you will monitor quality performance, analyze operational metrics, and contribute to budgeting and planning.
