Qualificações

• Experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple departments in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and MS Office.

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Act as a leadership point in the General Manager's absence.
