Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a motivated F&B Restaurant Intern to support the restaurant team in delivering attentive service and gain hands-on experience in key responsibilities.

You will assist with table setup, welcome guests, take orders, work with Kitchen and Bar, and learn wine pairing basics, using the POS system under supervision. On-site role with accommodation and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field (currently pursuing or recently completed).
• A genuine interest in the restaurant industry and a strong desire to grow professionally within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second language is preferred.
• A service-oriented attitude, courtesy, and strong communication skills.
• Accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with table set-up (mise en place) and ensure service areas remain organized and well maintained throughout service.
• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Collaborate closely with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Learn the fundamentals of wine pairing and beverage service.
• Use the POS system for basic cashier operations under supervision.
• Participate in the preparation, set-up, and clearing of dining areas.
• Support the team in daily operations, with a strong focus on learning, development, and professional growth.
