Leonardo seeks a Heli-Service Engineer Specialist in Lombardia, Sesto Calende, to provide engineering support for helicopter maintenance and operations, investigate faults, and coordinate with PSE and other engineering functions. You will act as single point of contact for technical issues, develop maintenance procedures, collect in-service occurrence reports, and support investigations into incidents.

Competenze
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience in Aeronautical maintenance or production is a plus.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA) preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office; SAP and ENOVIA knowledge is a plus.
Mansioni
- Provide engineering support services and fault investigation.
- Serve as single point of contact for technical issues with customers.
- Create maintenance procedures and support validation with PSE.
- Collect occurrence reports and report product quality issues.
- Support accident investigations and coordinate improvement initiatives.
- Monitor service performance and KPI reporting.
