Leonardo SpA is seeking an Airworthiness Engineer to drive certification programs for helicopter platforms and modifications. You will work with civil authorities (EASA/DAAA) to define certification plans and ensure compliance throughout the documentation lifecycle.
The role requires a technical degree, knowledge of aviation authorities, and strong communication. Travel nationally and internationally for certification activities is possible. Hybrid working arrangement offered.
Competenze
- Technical Degree and knowledge about aircraft certification and qualification process.
- Knowledge/experience with Aviation Authorities and certification rules.
- Able to organize internal and Authority meetings efficiently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Planning and sense of urgency in certification programs.
- Negotiation and conflict reconciliation capabilities.
- English mandatory for operational tasks.
- Willingness to travel nationally and abroad for short periods.
Mansioni
- Discuss with Civil Authorities (EASA/DAAA) all certification aspects.
- Develop documentation schedules with AE and CVEs for certification programs.
- Identify risks and monitor documentation progress against plans.
- Promote certification strategy and procedures across the office.
